Abstract: China  has  been  multinational country since ancient times.Ideas of multinational  unification had different forms  of  expression in different periods.In  the  Qing  Dynasty ,it displayed three features：criticism  of the idea of Chinese Foreign  differences (Hua  Yilun);the  formation  of  China’s modern territorial、boundaries  and  sovereign  rights;the  unification  of Manchu、Mongolia、Hanzu、Tibetan  and Uighur Turks as  the  emblem   of the united  and multinational  China.
