Abstract: This paper introduced the Mongol and Chinese editions of Mongol Law ( Meng gu 1u 1i) that edited in the Kang Xi to Qian Long period, as well as the information about study on it, and discussed some question about the Regulations of the Li Fan Yuan, indicated what is called the Transcript of Regulations of Li Fan Yuan that belong to the Collection of Palace ( Nei Fu Chao Ben Li Fan Yuan Ze Li) is the manuscript of the Regulations of Code of Qing ( Da Qing Hui Dian Ze Li)，namely the chapter of Li- Fan- Yuan of this book. The Regulations of Li Fan Yuan it content is based on the Mongol Law ( Meng gu 1u 1i) and edited in the regime of Jia Qing emperor.
