Abstract: This article analyzes Manchu words in the first eighty chapters of “Dream of the Red Chamber”, to reveal the close relationship between this classic novel and the culture of Manchu language, and to illustrate the numerous Manchu words used in modern Chinese.

摘要： 本文对《红楼梦》中前八十回的部分满语词例作了释析，借以阐明《红楼梦》与满语言文化有着密切的联系，并指出至今在汉语中还活跃着许多满语文的字词与用语。
