Abstract: The representative viewpoints regard the writing of “Ming Yi Dai Fang Lu” was the accident indicating Huang Zong- Xi’ s yield and forgive toward the rule of Qing Government. This article investigates the complete time of the book and Huang Zong- Xi’s activities in his later years, considers that the political propositions put forward in the book is closely related to the political crisis in later Ming Dynasty, the true meaning of those propositions can’ t he understood except being put in the background of emperor power and politico reality in Later Ming Dynasty.
