Abstract: Formerly, our knowledge regarding the outcomes of the autumn assizes and court assizes were limited to the formal descriptions in the Huidian and Huidian Shili of the Qing dynasty. When we delve more deeply into the field o f justice, however, we find that the processes were more complex and that there were additional outcomes in the autumn assizes and court assizes than previously thought. In fact, the autumn assizes and court assizes present a complicated problem that requires further research and consideration.

摘要： 以往对于清代秋审和朝审结果的认识,基本源自清代"会典"及"会典事例"等记载,实存在一定局限。当我们深入司法层面,发现秋审和朝审的结果较为复杂,并非局限于官方所列举的三、五种,这需要我们放宽研究的视野,作更多的研究工作。
