Abstract: After the Opium War, Many kinds company of western country came into China. The Chinese people became more and more understanding toward the company institute. During the Yang Wu movement, Chinese thinking circles reflected the practice of Chinese company institute in that time, affirmed the superiority of the company institute, expressed the hope of emulating the western company institute and explored how to introduce the Western company institute. In the first ten years of 20 century, Lian Qi- chao and Kang You- wei and others put forward the tentative plan of establishing the stock exchange institute, and probed the non- institute bond problems of introducing western company institute.
