摘要： 清代缙绅录载录在职官员的基本信息，其对官僚制度的载述与会典、职官表等同类书籍相较有所区别和侧重，缙绅录以反映官僚制度的实际状态及最新运行情况为主，能实时展示官僚体系中的每一位在职官员状况，并以官刻与坊刻两相结合的形式对外公开发布。对官场信息自上而下的重视使得清代缙绅录拥有几乎覆盖全社会范围的阅读人群。清人对缙绅录的阅读实质上是以书籍阅读的个案形式具体而微地呈现官僚制度在清代政治、社会、文化生活中所引起的的系列反应，具有独特研究价值。

Abstract: Compared to other works, such as compendiums of dynastic laws or tables of government offce holders, Jinshenlu was somewhat different. In particular, jinshenlu laid greater emphasis on the actual workings and the latest developments in the bureaucratic system, in order to reveal the situation of each offcial in the bureaucratic system. The publication appeared in offcial and popular block print editions and it had a wide readership throughout society.Jinshenlu is a valuable source for the study of Qing politics, society, culture and the lives of Qing offcials.
